Logistics specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a person to join the sales team who will be responsible for contacting grain suppliers and buyers and building long-term business relationships. We are looking for a self-starter with knowledge of the agricultural market and a goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with farmers and processing companies
  • Negotiation of commercial terms and conclusion of contracts
  • Monitoring market prices and analysing trends
  • Coordinating the purchase/sales process including logistics
  • Cooperation with the accounting and logistics department

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in the agri-food or commercial sector (min. 1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of the market for cereals and/or feed components
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Independence, responsibility, good organisation of work
  • Category B driving licence
